By creating an account on Lyxar, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to the following Terms, Conditions, and Privacy Practices. Please read this document carefully, as it outlines your rights, responsibilities, and the standards Lyxar upholds to maintain a safe and authentic digital environment.
1. Account Creation and Usage
Users must create genuine accounts. Bot accounts, fan accounts, impersonation accounts, catfishing accounts, or accounts distributing harmful links are strictly prohibited and may be removed without notice.
Accounts that fail to complete the verification process may be deactivated due to potential risk indicators associated with automated or fraudulent activity.
Passports or government-issued identification may be required to confirm that you are a real person and to obtain official verification status.
2. Content Guidelines
All posts, videos, media uploads, and advertisements must comply with Lyxar’s 16 approved content categories.
Content relating to OnlyFans or comparable industries is prohibited.
Content promoting suicide, death, self-harm, or any harmful activity is strictly forbidden.
Lyxar is designed to be a positive social platform; therefore, abnormal, excessively controversial, or highly private matters—such as intimate sexual content—must remain private and are not permitted on the platform.
Users may not post or promote content that is harmful, inappropriate, or unsafe for children.
3. Business Accounts
Lyxar reserves full authority to verify, audit, or investigate any business account.
Any business account found to be fraudulent, illegitimate, or misrepresentative will be permanently removed.
4. User Safety and Accountability
The minimum age for Lyxar is 16 years old. While age is not enforced strictly, users must uphold all safety requirements and comply with Lyxar’s rules.
Lyxar is not liable for scams, malware, or external malicious activity; however, the platform will investigate relevant reports to the best of its ability.
All user data is processed strictly for the purpose of personalized recommendations, including posts, videos, statements, advertisements, and user suggestions.
5. Platform Usage Intent
Lyxar’s algorithm is designed to support business discovery, personal interests, meaningful content creation, and positive engagement.
Lyxar does not use engagement-driven manipulation or addictive design patterns intended to prolong use.
The platform is intended for short, purposeful sessions, averaging 30 minutes to 1 hour.
6. Community Standards
Lyxar is committed to a safe, respectful, and authentic community environment.
Users must not post, share, or promote harmful, unethical, illegal, abnormal, or dangerous activities.
Violations may result in warnings, removal of content, temporary suspension, or permanent account termination.
7. Email Collection and Communications
Lyxar collects user email addresses for automated notifications, including market updates, Lyquad-related reminders, security alerts, account information, and administrative communication.
Emails will not be sold, shared, or distributed outside Lyxar’s ecosystem except as required by law or for security/verification purposes.
8. Data Handling and Privacy Assurance
Lyxar processes user data solely to enhance the user experience, ensure safety, verify identity, and improve recommendation accuracy.
Data may be used to maintain platform integrity, detect violations, verify authenticity, and support internal analytics.
Lyxar does not sell personal data to third parties.
Users may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal information where legally permissible.
9. Enforcement and Amendments
Lyxar reserves the right to update, modify, or amend this policy at any time. Users will be notified when significant changes occur.
Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
