Lyxar – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Lyxar, including all related features, services, content, and systems. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lyxar, you confirm that you:

• Accept these Terms in full

• Agree to comply with all platform rules, policies, and guidelines

• Are at least 16 years old or using the platform safely under these Terms
  If you do not agree, you must not use Lyxar.

2. Account Requirements

• All accounts must represent real individuals.

• Bot accounts, fan accounts, impersonation accounts, catfishing profiles, and harmful link-sharing accounts are strictly prohibited.

• Accounts that cannot be verified may be restricted or deactivated.

• Passport or government identification may be required to obtain verification status.

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.

3. Content Standards

Users must follow Lyxar’s content guidelines, including:

• All posts, videos, and advertisements must fit within Lyxar’s 16 approved content categories.

• Content related to OnlyFans or similar industries is prohibited.

• Content promoting self-harm, death, suicide, violence, harmful acts, or unethical behaviour is strictly forbidden.

• Extremely private or controversial subjects, including intimate sexual content, must remain private and are not allowed.

• Content harmful to children or vulnerable audiences is prohibited.
  Lyxar may remove any content that violates these standards.

4. Business Accounts

• Lyxar may verify or investigate any business account at any time.

• If a business account is found to be fraudulent or illegitimate, it may be permanently removed.

• Businesses must comply with all platform rules and laws governing their industry.

5. Platform Purpose and Usage

• Lyxar is designed for positive, meaningful, short-term engagement, typically 30–60 minutes per session.

• The platform does not use addictive algorithms or dark patterns to prolong usage.

• Lyxar provides content tailored to your interests and business goals without manipulating engagement.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, or harm other users

• Share malware, scams, or malicious links

• Promote abnormal, harmful, unethical, or illegal activities

• Attempt to bypass verification or security systems

• Misuse Lyxar for political manipulation, hateful behaviour, or exploitation

Lyxar may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

7. Data Usage and Privacy

• Lyxar collects and processes data to provide personalised recommendations across posts, videos, statements, ads, and user suggestions.

• Lyxar is not liable for external scams, malware, or user-to-user misconduct, though it will investigate incidents within reasonable capacity.

• All data is handled according to the Lyxar Privacy Policy and Lyxar Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms.

8. Email Communication

By using Lyxar, you consent to receiving:

• Automated emails regarding market insights

• Lyquad-related reminders

• Security alerts, account changes, and platform updates
  Your email will not be sold or shared with third parties outside Lyxar’s ecosystem, except when legally required.

9. Intellectual Property

All names, logos, trademarks, content, platform systems, features, algorithms, and user experiences associated with Lyxar and its sub-brands are the exclusive property of the Lyxar Group.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

Lyxar reserves the right to:

• Remove content

• Restrict features

• Suspend accounts

• Permanently terminate accounts
  for any violation of these Terms or if user behaviour threatens community safety.

11. Limitation of Liability

Lyxar is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.
Lyxar is not liable for:

• User-generated content

• Damages arising from scams, malware, or third-party links

• Business losses, data loss, or misuse of the platform

• Service interruptions, downtime, or unforeseen errors
  Users are responsible for interactions and transactions made through the platform.
  
  

12. Updates to Terms

Lyxar may revise these Terms at any time for legal, operational, or safety reasons.
Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in your region unless otherwise required by mandatory local regulations.
